Anyone else getting really slow performance from Roadrunner lately? It seems to be almost as bad as dial-up these days @ my house!

Mine works great. I just did a internet connection test at http://www.pcpitstop.com and my download speed was 2016 Kb/s and my upload speed was 363 Kb/s. Call and complain. I did it when I had problems at my apartment and they upgraded the network out there. I'm sure other people called in to get them to do something that drastic, but it can't hurt.

I had them when I lived in Wells Branch and they were so horrendously bad (out to my house at least and sometimes more than once a month), they didn't make the move with me to the new place. With only a few hiccups, SWBell DSL has been awesome!

Mine is great consistently 2 megs down and 384K upload thru DSLreports.com. Upgrading to 4 megs soon. Voted #1 in customer satisfaction by JD Powers, but I am sorry some of you have had hiccups....I am sure resetting the cable router was one of the steps persued..to resolve the slowdowns right?

Covad DSL (directly through Covad, that is) has been great for me ever since I switched to them, with only a few hiccups when I got my free upgrade. It's only supposed to be 384/128K, but it's dirt cheap. It's $21.95 for the first 3, then it's only $39.95. Equipment/self-install is free. I barely do anything that really requires more bandwidth, so I haven't bothered getting more.

Tonight I am consistently getting well over 3300 Kb/s but my upload won't go over 70 Kb/s.

Just finished TWS - great event- lots of S2000's -
Car performed very well and when the driver can catch up with the Care performance what a marriage it will be.

Met Jeff Fisher and he has the fastest lap time in his S2000- good instructor for folks that want to drive hard.

TW was out at my house at least once a month because I would have *no* service at all to the modem. They never did get it quite right, even after a year of making me wait around for the "noon to 5" routine at least 15 times. I got sick of Time Warner wasting my time and consistently NOT being able to solve the problem and canned them when I moved.
