while leaving work i spotted a car and thought it was a miata (i have bad eyes)

getting closer my buddy tells me its an m3, and i say **** with it... he doesn't want to

looking in my passenger mirror i see the m3 halling ass, and passed us up. buddy down shifted and we cought up....

we lined up at a red light and launched it lightly, so did the m3. if you know the san pedro area. the 2nd run was from mac donalds to walgreens. we pulled the m3 by a car or so.


m3 stock? prolly.

I was going north into Frisco, TX on 121 and some a-hole in a E46 wanted run me in RUSH HOUR and heavy contruction. I didn't race him but made a few strategic lane changes without being risky at all and it was sure pissing him off so bad that I was staying with him without racing. He eventually was so flustered he punches it and passed cars until the lane he was in ended. He ended up making a dangerous last minute lane change and almost wiped out...

I pulled up next to him at the next light and boy was he ever pissed then... I turned left as he smoked the tires at the green light.

That to me was a nice victory... P!ssing a schmuck in an E46 off.

I'm so glad I dumped my E36M3 years ago. That car was an electrical nightmare.

Im glad i didnt race him. he would think my car was a low rider. my front lower and upper control arms and passenger strut are shot. you can drive my car if you still think im a scammer ricky. RYNE drove my car and heard it. its the west side pot holes. . . . . . . . But it was a clean bmw. vert to..... poor guy. he probably thought he could beat this 4 cly

I find it hard to believe that the control arms can be 'shot' on your car... Those are "hard parts" that typically only fail when they are subjected to accident damage (i.e. hitting a curb, etc)... The shocks, okay, I can see that if you hit some hard bumps and bottom them out to the point that it damages the shock valving internally.

I'm confused, though... You said you're glad you didn't race him, yet you said you beat him? Which is it?

Also, if your eyes are bad enough to where you mistook an M3 for a Miata, you really should be driving with corrective lenses...(or need an updated prescription if you have them already) I received the wrong prescription for my contacts at one point and couldn't stand the fact that I couldn't read street signs very well. I went back first thing the next morning to get them swapped out. It's really nice being able to see 20/15.

If you see my post.. i said 02 i drive an 01. i to my car to get looked at... and yes they are out.. i hope you dont think i am soft on the car. i have been an many accidents. and have hit many pot holes in the west side of town...
