Any difference in hoods? Tried searching, running outta time.

New to the S world.
Found a good deal on a c/f hood, its coming off an ap1 though. Just wanted to make sure it'll settle nicely on the ap2 before i drop the cash. Faster response the better, appreciate any help.

 

All OEM S2000 hoods are the same regardless of model year. However, the fitment of aftermarket hoods is known to be less than perfect. Typically, the more expensive the hood, the better the fitment. Brands like Seibon and VIS fit pretty close to stock, supposedly.

VIS and Seibon are both hit or miss. I had a seibon hood, and It fit almost perfect, but I've heard stories of others who didn't have that kind of luck.

 

Its a seibon hood, fits damn near perfect. Got lucky. Thanks for the helps guys/gals.
