Default hydraulic clutch

anyone know how difficult or easy it is to bleed it? i'm not sure if I have a leak or if there was air in there from the last time the clutch was replaced that has worked its was up.

otherwise, anyone know the cost associated in replacing the slave cylinder (i believe that's the right one).

thanks for any help

It's pretty easy... Bleed it just like brakes... Put a rubber hose on the bleeder down by the tranny and hold it at such an angle that you don't let air into the hose by the bleeder. Crack it open and have somebody inside pump the clutch pedal until you have clean/new fluid coming out. Have a third person make sure the slave cylinder reservoir doesn't go empty at any point during the process.

When you crack open the bleeder and have somebody 'pump' the brake pedal, the clutch pedal will not spring back up on its own. That person will have to pull it back up by hand.

Hit me up. Ill help you out. I have a vacuum bleeder, much easier than pumping the clutch.
