Default The infamous Military Dr

For you SA owners, you probly know what is up with Military Dr on the weekends. Well Ive recently been informed about this street and of the many people that show up on Sun night. Its just a bunch of "people" who like to show off thier cars and work corners. Kind of like Fast & the Furious but more "Hoe" orientated (for lack of a better word). I figured Id give it a try just to see all of the hype. Long story short I #ucking end up getting pulled over bc of no front liscense plate and now I will never go there again. They ruined my perfect driving record, I never do anything stupid on the road, and I get a ticket for something so trivial. I thought it was stupid anyways. They will pull you over for any reason imaginable and cops are everywhere. My friend in his WRX got pulled over for no turn signal.
Just curious have any of you been here and did you have a jolly old time like I did.
warning If you ever go to Military Dr on Sun night, go through the pain in the A$$ trouble to put your front liscense plate back on.

Military Drive is a relatively rough part of town. I'd buy a Civic and get a huge spoiler and muffler if I were going there. Not really a place for S2K. Should have gone with us last nite for a nice drive off of Babcock and 1604. Lots of twisties around UTSA.

Hey Blue,

When you go to court just tell the judge that you thought it should be a "fix it" ticket and that it should be dropped if you put your plate back on. Alot of times these judges and cops don't even know what kind of cars these are much less if it comes from the factory with holes for plates in the front bumper. If you play stupid they might drop it and to touch on the fix it ticket thing, they used to give these out and they still might but for example friend got a ticket for blue bulbs in blinkers so he changed out the bulb to amber and they dropped it because they were fixed to amber, the legal color. Hey it's worth a try.

Phil
