Default Need some help from the austinites

I need to get a photo of a fence topped with razor wire and barbed wire, preferably with no trees or other junk in the background (I need it looking up from the ground, so it will be shot from a low angle with the sky in the background).

Does anyone know of a spot around Austin that has a fence of this sort?

I was thinking the power plant dowtown by the river, but I'm also not certain I want to be shooting there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Camp Mabry, off Mopac? [Not sure if it has the barb wire though.]

After 9-11 I think it has barbed wire.

On second thought, Not sure they would appreciate you taking pictures of their fence. Maybe find a car lot... they usually have barbed wire.

Yeah, I've thought of Mabry, but I agree, I'm not sure that I want to wander up and start shooting photos of a military base. They'd probably shoot me first and ask why later. Or at least confiscate my camera or something, which I still can't afford to lose.
