Power?

Let me also give you a word of caution... with the appetite I see you having for power, bolt ons will not be enough. Take it from someone who came to this realization a few weeks ago... I am now saving for boost.
Thats why I havent done any engine mods yet for that reason to go boost. I am still undecided which way to go ...custom or Inlinepro kit.

Can't go wrong with Inlinepro. They do very nice work. For reliability purposes and financial reasons, you may want to consider getting a supercharger. I plan on getting a Vortech, smaller pully, headgasket and AEM EMS. This will be good for right around 350 rwhp while still being very reliable.

And im pretty sure my mods added 10-15hp
Sounds like you'll be looking at FI soon.
Just FYI, I did a back to back dyno of my stock exhaust vs a 2.5" dump off the cat just rearward of the axle, and it gained about 4whp peak, but it was all on the VTEC side. The plot looked exactly the same pre cam-switch. There is a significant amount of valve overlap in VTEC which benefits from the big pipe.
And Backpressure is a bit of a myth. The vast majority of the exhaust pulse management is happening in the header, and the collector. If you have a stock header, and are running a test pipe with the same size piping as the header collector, running 3" exhaust south of that shouldnt be a problem.
