Prepping for MSR
We'd discussed doing a video night to prep for the MSR in Sept.
I have some video and track maps I could bring. I'd also suggest we invite Bill of the BMW group, who is the absolute master of tires, setup, and has a lot of MSR experience.
We could do this at somebody's house, or better yet at the Hula Hut as we did for this week's TWS review.
It was a great night, and we dispelled several of the 911 myths being forced upon some of our folks by certain lousy and narrow-minded 911-centric instructors.
Plus, as always, Bill is always great to listen too. You will always learn a helluva lot!
This also speaks to the advantage of keeping our group relatively open - several of the local BMW folks (and a couple of others) are *very* serious and accomplished drivers/racers.

It's been a couple of years since I have been there so I have forgotten anything I thought I knew.. am interested in any tips..
Does anyone have a decent map and discussion of the line / corners? I'd rather spend my first morning confirming some study rather than in discovery.

I am absolutely there! Name the time and place. I agree I would like to be reviewing the first day rather than EVERYTHING being new. I've never done a track event so I'm sure I'll have enough going through my mind, so anything that I can study in advance would be AWESOME!
