Default need some help!

alright guys i have an '00 and my left rear suspension got ****ed, i replaced the knuckle, axle, strut, and lower control arm and the bottom of the nut where the knuckle connects to the lower control arm scrapes my rim when i hit a bump....currently my upper portion of the rim is stickin out and the lower part is stickin in....and on the other rim its the opposite.... does the car need to get re-alligned to fix the problem? or could my upper control arm be screwed also?
