All that was relocated to the fender . It is possible the shop that did my relocation messed up. Kinda waiting to hear if thats the case.

Troy, if everything is connected and the steering feels heavy, they Torque Sensor Neutral Position needs to be relearned. You can do it with a jumper wire in the ODBII port. EMS is not a problem. I had to do it in my track car, and I am running an EMS.
