With difficulty i had to part ways with my s2000 as we are starting to plan a family. A buyer showed up and put a deposit on the vehicle. Please find the sequence of events that took place

->Buyer(Amanda) comes to see the car with parents.
->Buyer places deposit on the car.
->Next day i was called to a bank 45 miles away to transfer title.
->After taking time off from work and and reached the bank on time, buyer was 20 min late to her suggested bank and location.
->Buyers parents take the deposit cheque from me.
->Buyers loan is not approved. She did not submit all the required paper work.
->I had to head back to work for a meeting after wasting a total of 1 hour.
->Buyer apologized and requested me to not relist. She said it was her dream car and wanted me to keep it for her.
->I informed her that i was free on the weekend and i can make it as i dont have work on saturday.
->Buyer does not respond on saturday.
->Sunday i called the buyer she said she purchased another car.
