How hard is it exactly to replace the rotors and brake pads? is it in the manual???
-Put car on jackstands.
-Remove wheels.
-Drink a beer.
-If just doing pads you don't have to completely remove the caliper, just a bolt to where you can slide the caliper out. If replacing rotors, completely remove caliper. Get old wire coat hanger and cut/twist it up to hang caliper, do not let it dangle with only the brake line as support.
-Remove old pads.
-If removing rotors, using an impact driver remove the two screws holding the rotor to the hub. You may need to bang the rotor off with a rubber mallet or something. Mount new rotor, impact driver the screws on.
-Drink a beer.
-Put new pads/shims together with a layer of the included grease between the shim/pad. Do not get the grease on the side of the pad that contacts the rotor.
-Recompress piston on caliper using old pad and c-clamp/pad spreader. You will need a tool to do the rears, it has to turn while you compress it. Have the top to the brake master cylinder open while you do this.
-Drink a beer.
-Slip new pads into caliper.
-Put caliper back on if removed, or slide back into place if just doing pads.
-Drink a beer.
-Flush brake fluid if you want.
-Mount wheels.
-Drink a beer.
All done, drink more beer.

Only downside is, you'll have to be there most of the day. Like 5 to 6 hours at the meet. Car has to be cool prior to him doing it.

He's probably just kidding. He'll do or help people do more.
