mine was at idle - 2k and its like a tap at the top of the valve cover lol

I don't hear a tap but I also don't know what to look for anyhow.

At idle i have a tick sometimes and when i turn right the car makes a noise. I've heard this is as well the tensioner no clue though

yours definitely sounds like its the tensioner. its usually right when you start the car youll hear the ticking tapping rattling noise but once you get above say 2k rpm's the sound goes away. the car will also do it if you're low on oil or it has been a long time since your last oil change and the oil has broken down.
