Default Anyone with experience with John Eagle service?

I need to get my first oil change done & wanted to know if anyone has good/bad things to say about John Eagle Honda (off Lemmon) from a service perspective? Anyone particular I should ask for if/when I call them for an appt? Anywhere else you'd recommend if you'd recommend against them (& who to ask for there)?

Thanks in advance, everyone!

I use John Eagle in Dallas and they are pretty good. I always ask for Mario, although any of them can write up a service visit . Their S2000 mechanic is good, and the service manager (Scott) has worked with me on several things.

I plan on taking my car to John Eagle for my second oil change next week.

I thought Mario was promoted to service manager? Anyways, I believe Victor and Pepe are a couple of service guys that worked on my car.

I like John Eagle b/c it's smaller then Lute Riley and the people there seem to be friendlier. I HATE LUTE RILEY! IMO, everything from the sales to the service sucks...

I get my oil changes at David McDavid Acura (Plano Parkway just west of Coit.) I've dealt with them (Sean specifically - ask for him if you decide to call - 927/964-6054) since Feb '97 when I bought a GSR there. I've always gotten great service there.
