Heh I was thinking the same thing (to start a new thread for this). She said it would be the 3rd or the 4th, so why don't we play it safe and say the 4th? I'm not sure what the best time for NTB would be but I would say afternoon would be best for me (not very often I wake up early on a Saturday, but it could happen 
).
