What ever happened to doing some research?

I'd love to help, but I think you should help yourself before asking others for help.

It's a couple wires, which are well detailed in the installation instructions (on modifry's website)... much easier than a HU install, that's for sure.

Installation Instructions have the exact wire colors for the S2000 harness that you need. One option is to take extra wires out of another harness to put it into the places you need the wires in the one you used to install your radio, if the harness you got doesn't have wires there already (mine didn't).

that makes it seem so much easier... is that diagram with an adapter? or without? because I don't think my aftermarket harness had a mute or the switch wires.

Ok, you have a wireing harness that comes out of your vehicle and into the stock radio... you unplugged that and connected it (hopefully you didn't hardwire the aftermarket one!) to an aftermarket harness that you hardwired to your aftermarket radio wire harness. Those wires will come out of that aftermarket harness...

But as I said, if it doesn't have those extra wires comming out then you can take wires your not using or get a second harness and take the wires out of it and slip them in where you need them. The colors you will be looking for will correspond to the factory harness.
