Good Day to all,

I have a hardtop that doesnt stop squealing. it seems to be coming from the 2 latches that also latch the soft top. Does anyone have any previous experience on this issue? BTW i own a MY01 with a OEM hardtop.

From what i have heard the latches for the my01 are not as good as the my04. Your latches might be work and might need replacing.

 

My hardtop makes all sorts of noise, There are several DIY band-aid fixes for it. Do a quick search you should find plenty of posts on it.
