So after a few weeks of browsing the boards and looking feverishly day after day for the right s2k I finally pulled the trigger.

Found this one in OKC and pulled the trigger today. GPW 04 with 24k miles, new rubber and dropped a bit on Espelirs. picked it up for 22.5k. A bit more than I wanted to spend but it has the look I want and felt like a great deal. I hope to pick it up next week and then Ill be loose on the streets. Hope to see some of your guys around at Skoots or the next Auto X events.

yeh, i was looking at this one few months ago. Car fax will tell you that he's the fourth owner. According to the owner, he said he is going thru a divorce and so the change of ownership on the vehicle has made carfax to show that he is the fourth owner.

Congrats, that's not too bad of a price. I had a few 04's lined up in April/May this year that had about 30K miles for 21-22K. At least you have a bit of warranty mileage left to take care of any issues that may be outstanding.

Mmmmm.... white and tan. That was my first choice, but I found none in my price range at at the time. Has such a light California feel.
