OMG!
I dont' know how I'm even able to write this, but LJ Owens (yellow viper and purple Cobra) was killed last night in a car wreck somewhere in Florida,
I have no details at this time.
It goes without saying that I won't be going to Granbury tonight

Who do you report these guys to?
You'd think the cops would be interested but all they are interested in doing at the casinos on 199 is sitting in the parking lot of the casino so they can run radar on 199.
If the casinos on 199 are closed down ever it must be for days at a time, cause it definitely isn't for even a month.

The game house machines spit out tickets instead of credits or money. The tickets are used to redeam cheap trinket prizes. If the gambling house knows you, well, they may opt to pay out to keep you coming back. One bar owner told me she made $60k a year per machine.
If I remember correctly, the law doesn't allow games of chance... most of the gambling places have carefully chosen games where you have some input as to how the game is played, and thus, they call it a game of skill. I believe the line there is rather vague, which explains why they get raided fairly often and are then able to re-open.
These give you chips &/or tickets that are redeemable for money. No cheap gifts here.
Slot machines seem to be the machine of choice. Would that be considered a game of skill?
This is real Vegas style gambling except in a metal building instead of a fancy hotel.

A call to the D.A.'s office might remedy the situation. The hard part is proving the pay out in cash.
The police use their parking lots as bases for traffic stops so you know they are well aware of them.
I'll have to call the city of FW tomorrow and see what they have to say about them.
And they are way closer than Winstar.
