then just went thru since at the time i figured they already got me, it was at night and absolutely nobody was around so i figured what the hell.. we'll see
That was pretty stupid, there is a video, and honestly you deserve the ticket you will probably get. You had already stopped, why not just wait the 30-45 seconds to go through a green light.

For the other portion of the thread, the wording for a right on red is that you have to come to a complete stop before turning. I got a ticket from a university cop and looked up the law because I thought he was just being a dick.

Is it videos or pictures? I thought those monsters were meant to take a ton of pictures really quick to get multiple people running the red which you could put together to make a movie .

well.. in any case, i sat there for awhile, well after the flashes went off, so if the video / multiple camera shots stopped before i left, when they look at it, it will look like i just stopped and sat there and didnt go thru lol

If you going fast enough, which is not fast at all, the light will always flash in anticipation of you running the light. But if you stop before the line, your OK.

There was a point it time I would get it to go off everytime because of late braking even if there was another car in front of me stopped. Its only a matter a time before I start doing it again with the middle finger in the air.

I had something similar happen to me. Was in the right hand lane to make a turn and the light just turned red. I stopped and inched my car up to see if any traffic was coming so I could make the right turn. As I inched up the camera flashed. However there is no front plate on the car and I didn't see any cameras behind (only in front) so I doubt they even got a picture.

Whats his face, used to make the cameras flash for fun while flipping the bird.

You should be fine.
