Damn I didn't think that it would be such a big deal if I typed a few words with out Proof reading......

this is what happened I hope you all get a better understanding of the story... also I just got the new pics from wal-mart today I will post them on here

The first day I had my car I went directly to work I got of work really late so I went straight home a few miles away from my house when a drunk teen hits me I hit the curb so after that accident I took my car to the shop and told their adjuster hey look man I want you guys to check the suspension and alignment because every time I push the gas the car pulls it's self to the right ...... he said yes we will take care of it.......

so I get the car back from the shop on Wednsday around 11:00am then I go straight to work my car was parked all day till around 2:30am when I got work on Thursday I went to school at 6:30 am got to school at 7:00am the car was parked until 11:15AM I am driving home and snap goes the axle from the front driver side my wheel was ( | ) straight and all the sudden it turns like ( -- ) wile the front right tire is like ( | ) at this point the car had started to spin and I got to nervous and I think I hit the gas instead of the floor board and slam slam .... it went ......

could this been a part of the first accident...........

This is my other car someon said something about FWD if the snap wouldn't have had happend i would still be driving my s2k it was a mechanical-problem it's not something that i could see and say hey look it's about to snap pull over it was all in an instinct....

That's called a Tie rod not an Axle numb nuts. Axle in a RWD car=in the rear. And it broke when you hit the curb you won't just snap a tie rod because a shop didn't install it right which they didn't even touch to fix the previous wreck you mentioned. Also, if your car was FWD you probably would've just plowed the curb with a front wheel and not spun around and slammed the front AND rear into a tree totalling the car.

Hey man, thanks for posting the pics. They add a little bit of credibility to your story. Is it possible that the repair guy gave you back your car after adjusting your tie rods and didn't put it back together right? Possibly. Could there have been more severe damage there that he didn't notice that failed on you while you were driving home? Possibly. That would make this guy the worst mechanic ever.

But I have to be honest with you. It breaks my heart to see a beautiful car like this turned into a piece of junk. And why is it almost always at the hands of some young kid who talks complete gibberish?

If this really happened to you and it wasn't any of your fault, you have my complete and honest regrets and I hope things work out with you. Get a good lawyer and get your car put back in proper shape.

If however, you can be honest with yourself and determine that either the people you hang out with or choices that you made led to this freak accident, then please take your story somewhere else. I've got no pity for someone that takes a car like this and transforms it from art to scrap metal in a couple of days.

Good day.
