I gotta say though, based on the pictures it does appear that Caliber Collision did a good job with the original repair.

the 2 incidents, no matter how crappy, have nothing to do with each other. previous abuse by another owner or 'something else' is what caused the axle to break.

definitely a bad situation for you, and i can imagine how upset you are. it always could be worse though.
Man I wish I had known you were taking your cars to those guys. They are complete crooks.

I took my C5 in after an accident and they said it would take 6 weeks. FOUR MONTHS later, the car looked like crap, the damage was NOT repaired correctly, and I had to pull the car and take it to a different shop.

Avoid those guys like the plague.

On a side note: do you by chance have State Farm insurance? That's who "recommended" them to me as a "preferred" shop.

I'm with Cosmos. The jumping between all caps and lower case made it appear as if he was quoting another post. Add the incoherent & incomplete sentences made me think there was a list malfunction that put me in the middle of a thread. I closed it and reopened but got the same thing.

My confusion initially stemmed from the thread title :
"I HAVN'T SPORT MY CAR FOR SHI*" - what does that mean?

Then there was the series of statements -
"PRIVATE PROPERTY THATS WHAT I MEAN SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME SOME"

next it felt like you were coming into the middle of another conversation -
"these pics are from the first accident that i had . . ."

followed by the quick transition to -
"CALIBER COLLISION

REFFERED BY
(winocowboy ---------SAYS------->>>>

"Caliber Collision on West Seventh St. in Fort Worth is great!. . . "

It was only when I scrolled down and read other posts that I figured out what was going on.

Aguilars2k although snapping an axle can put you in a spin, it is not the usual result. Why not tell us more about what happened? What lead up to it? What you were doing when it happened - middle of a curve, on a straight, accelerating, etc.? The noises it made? How you reacted? Who said the axle was snapped? etc.

CosmosMpower now tell me how a front driver would have been safer than a RWD in the same situation? I am not following you.
FWD cars more more prone to just understeering directly into a curb maybe breaking the suspension on 1 corner rather than spinning the car around into a curb and someones lawn. Also FWD cars are easier to correct in an emergency situation, just let off the gas and steer to a slower speed. Not much countersteering is necessary so an accord or camry etc is inherently safer than a twitchy RWD car like a S2000. Also parts are more common and more likely to be installed correctly in a mass market family car.

The wierd part is... I'm still trying to figure out of Corey made that up, or if it was a copy & paste from the street racing forum.

Oh, I made it up. It's a little slow at work, so 5 minutes of typing and then going back to mess stuff up and finding a picture of an A-bomb on google and voila.

Quickag your post still made way too much sense!

Oh, and you had things in order. You need to mix it up a little more and leave out a few things. It wouldn't hurt if you talked a little nonsense in there as well.

And your spelling was mostly phonetic so still intelligible.

Face it, you haven't a clue!

I know. I didn't want to make people work TOO hard to make out what I was trying to say.

Maybe next time, I'll mix it up a bit more.

I would stop doing that if I were you. Two wrecks in 48 hours is quite enough. Try a bicycle and for God's sake stay on the sidewalk.
