Default TSB time...

My poor baby is going under the knife (or wrench) tomorrow
Time for clutch and grind TSB's. Sounds like my diferential may be having problems too. Wish us luck. I'll let you know how things turn out soon.

Good luck!

I'm dropping mine off Thursday to have the suspension inspected for possible damage. Sigh.

I need to get the clutch TSB done one of these days, too. I'm too freakin' nervous to have the closest dealer (Lute Riley) do that, though. Sigh.

Please devulge the dealer you are using for the surgury, and share the results of your experience. Sooner or later, each S must see the inside of an operating room.

Best of luck.

Regards,

Al

Good luck Stefan. If they hurt your car then hurt them!

I'm at my local (convenient) dealer where I know the technician. Vandergriff just built a huge new dealership. I'm told it is the largest Honda dealership built to date. The service area is impressive. My Civic loaner reminds me how much I miss my S2000 and it has only been gone one day...

I'll post the results, hopefully soon.

Tomorrow will be DAY #3 with my civic loaner. I know how you feel.

I brought my car in to Honda-Clear Lake for the TSB-054 and miss it dearly during my 90 mile daily commute. I'm supposed to pick mine up tomorow, I hope.

Ok, now everyone go get their car serviced there and when they are finished practicing on yours I'll take mine in.

TSB DAY 2

My tranny is dropped and awaiting re-assembly Friday

They have not identified the differential problem yet, maybe next week

It looks like I'll be going without my car for a while longer. They are taking great care in the reassembly of my tranny. Later they will delve into the rear end problems. Meanwhile I rediscovered some old 80's and early 90's tapes (no CD in the Civic loaner).
