All entrants must sign an indemnity form.
We do our best to make sure everyone gets a fair share of the action in the competitions, please be fair to others and turn up before your event starts. There is a timetable in the show guide for you to follow as well as announcements on the PA system.
Should entrants not turn up for events or weather conditions change we may change how many rounds each events has, this will be decided on the day.
Prizes
The winner(s) of each event will be awarded a prize at the official JAE awards on the Saturday night.
