According to their website they only have 5 apartments available on those dates ....

The 3 Double bedroom apartments and 2 single bedroom apartments.

There are 2 rooms in the cottage and it is the biggest available accomodation.

The only downside I can see of booking it is that is more than likely where everyone will congregate.

Have you had a look at their website?

I have had a chat with them and they have said that the booking system is not working too well on their website so they will let me know later today exactly what rooms are availabe for the weekend.
