Same with Practical classics, they have loads of adverts, and a listing of all the shows.
And since i just so happen to have the latest copy in from of me, here are a few examples.

I'll have an E-type buying guide somewhere.
If I can find it today you can have it.
Very risky purchase btw - these cars can rot very badly but still look great.........

I found a 1999 Practical Classics covering the full resto of an E-type with a short accompanying article about buying.
If you want it, PM me with your address and I'll post it to you.

Another great way of seeing them is to go to classic car auctions.
There are some fantastic cars for sale at them and the people there are really friendly and helpful.
My brother bought both his Bentley and a Rover P1 at auctions. Fantastic deals on both but we went for about 4 weeks beforehand to get used to things.
Very relaxing, interesting and enjoyable night out.
Do a search in Google for Classic Car Auctions and you'll find one near you, they should also have the stock list on line.

There's a great car show on on Wednesday 9 July on Harpenden Common, Herts. The event has become known as 'Cars on the Common'. Originally organised by a Rover owners club the event has turned into a superb display that will satisfy any car fan. Historic cars, classic cars, vintage Rolls, Lambourghini's, E-type, S-type, X-type Jags. It's intended for cars over 20 years old, I think, but all sorts of vehicles turn-up. I'm going and the weather sounds promising. Starts at 6pm and runs 'til it gets dark.
