Nurburgring Trip / Trackday May 10th / 11th
Hi Everyone,
A friend and I are off the the ring for a weekends fun on May the 10th and 11th.
The track is open to the public from 18.00-19.30 on the 10th and 8.00 - 19.30 on the 11th. So in short my plan is to catch a ferry over on the Saturday at about 12ish to get there for the evening session on the Saturday. Then I will camp overnight and go at it for most of the day on Sunday, catching a ferry back at about 9pm. We are just camping for fun, there are pleanty of nice cheap hotels there, and some expensive ones.
At the moment I'm not officially organising a trip but if there is enough interest we can put something together.
If you haven't been to the ring before look here for info:

It's really not as much of a trip as you might think. It's only about 350miles door to preverbial door (London to the Ring). Let me know below if you're interested.

Hi R33
I'm going next weekend as the track is open from 0800 to 1930 on Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Day and Easter Monday - oh yeah!!!!
Unfortunately, the Griffith, Chimera and M3 won't be attending, instead i'll be accompanied by an Alfa Spider and 156 - hehehe.
Anyone thinking of coming over????
Its well worth it.

its so easy to do - simply turn up at an open weekend - Easter is fantastic - and pay your money
you can get singles, 6 lap tickets or 12 lap tickets which get cheaper as you buy more
the only regulations are seat belts must be worn and the car must be road legal
piece of cake and the best fun i've ever had in a car with the handbrake off
