This is currently just a "track day".
But why not make it a "mega-meet" and get as many S2000s there as possible.
Not every one wants to go on a track day, but I am sure we can get loads more people to come along to pay their respects.
As previously mentioned, I can't make the track day but think I will come along for the morning session.

I don't think its an issue if 20 or so extra cars turn up. Donington's got the space for them.
I've mailed Jonny yesterday and told him what we're planning and asked it its an issue if more than the usual number of spectators turn up.

Good point Dembo. Worth checking and sounds like Rich is already on the case!
So no issues with making it a big meet and getting loads of S2ki'ers there who aren't necessarily driving on the day.
Be good to get as many drivers there as possible though. I'm sure Peter would loved to have seen as many s2k's track as possible being 'monstered' around the track.
I'll start a list of people driving and or just attending so we can get a feel for numbers.

Rich... now coming, but for the morning only.
Will not be on track unless Jonny can do me a deal for a couple of hours (i.e. unlikely!). Have dropped him an email on the off chance.

Rich thanks for contacting Jonny about this
I was wondering if it would be possible at some point in the day to have an S2000 Parade lap in memory of Peter. Allow all S2000's to do one lap (no overtaking etc) even those not partaking, just one slow drive round the circuit.
Thoughts?
