Regrettably, I've just heard from Tyringe that he won't be with us this weekend
That means that Lisa (leggy Blonde) needs an assistant to organise the convoys (as Keith was going to help with that)
It also means that there's a double room going at the Lord Hill if anyone wants it ??
EDIT: - Sorry this "switch offer" is not open to anyone at The Park House - cancellation charges would kick in there!

Pete,
I can help with convoy or routes if needed.
We would also be switch to the Lord Hill if that is what is on offer. Don't worry if switching is too much hassle though.
Cheers Dave.

It's just to make sure everyone gets some direction and leadership on the Saturday morning before we leave, otherwise people tend to mill about in the car park unsure of what to do and where to go at what time.
It was bad enough for me last year with 50 cars; there's no way Lisa can organise 70 drivers by herself.

I have already offered to Help LB as she does not have net access and i seem to be on the site all day / night, but in same position as AE not done this before. ( oops should not have said that out loud at work!!)
I do not mind being a Gofer and being sent back and forwards between people with messages etc and live Local to LB as well so i am sure i could lend a PC as well.
Edit:Plus LB is the passenger in my S.

I was speaking to Lisa earlier on the phone; she will be online tonight.
Thanks for the offers of help, guys, I'm sure she will be delighted. Can I ask if you can now sort this out with her?
I'm off to recount the dinner/lunch numbers

Route sorted, AE - you should have received it by e-mail any time now!
I would volunteer to head up one of the groups myself, but my co-pilot wants to see some of the scenery this time and doesn't want to have to worry about navigating with a convoy of S2000s in tow!
