I agree with the sentiments expressed re. an itinerary - regretable as it takes away some of the relaxed spontaneity of the meet, but for a 2 day 10+ car meet I feel it will be essential - even if it just defines key points during the days - ie we will be a pub Llywllydllyyll (well, it is Wales!) between Noon and 1 or we will be stopping for photos at scenic point Llllllywlllllfd between 2 and 2:15 - it will just give lost souls time to catch up with the main group. It should be a low hassle thing to knock up some maps on Autoroute Express or some such package.
