Default Vancouver meet

Am I going to be the only UK member at the Vancouver meet on Saturday ?

Saw 1 S in Montreal (what a saddo, eh?) and if i can keep up the communication, I'm hoping to see some locals here in Vancouver and hand over a few S2000 and Type R brochures.

Love to talk, but I'm due on a tour of Grouse Mountain (with "stunning views" so the brochure says) in an hour.

PS This is NOT an invite for Mrs Biscuit to engage in idle chit-chat! That's what the PM is for!
PPS Note to self: I really must remember to look to the LEFT before I cross the road ...

Hi Dr. Biscuit,

Pleased to hear the trip to Canada is going well. We are British, so a quick not on the weather is surely in order - it is unspeakably crap here .

Hope you get to meet up with some Canadian S2000 owners - if the Calgary group are anything to go by, you will have a great time

Take good care - we will have to meet up for a beer one evening (early) next week.

Have a good time, Marc.... Vancouver (and BC in general) is a beautiful place, don't you think?

Good to hear you're having a good time DB!

We saw no sign of mountain lion last August, but did see brown bears on 2 occasions. Superb!

We are meeting up in a Sushi bar in downtown Vancouver tomorrow, Saturday (7 of us so far and a big thank you to Gepetto for organising it.)

I don't think that the moose here are as big and nasty as the foxes near Wales. Will certainly be up for a beer Ian.

Which Sushi bar Marc, and what time? I can pass on to my brother, who could pop by and tell you how he's getting on with Vancouver living after 10 months. Also, someone could take him for a ride in an S2000, as he hasn't seen mine yet.

Sorry Alex, I didn't visit the board again to invite your brother along until today (back home).

I can say that the Canadians are not as odd as us - when we sat down to eat, we actually talked about the REAL world.

Fascinating ....
