Default 48 month / 50k Service

Just booked my car in for service on Thursday at DeVries Honda, Scarborough. - Fisrt time i have needed to get it serviced since I bought it so a bit of a novice..

I don't believe it is a major service, and if that's the case it sounds pricey to me. Someone will be able to correct me if I'm wrong though.

48months would be 36k not 50k.

Basically the service schedule is every 12 months or every 9k miles whichever comes first. See link below showing you what is involved at each service

48 months is a relatively light service.. mine due in August is the 54k biggie

Supply your own oil to save a fair amount of cash.

Visited the dealer last night with my service book and have now got it sorted.

For some reason my car is on a 12 month / 12.5k mile service plan and has in the past been serviced in accordance with this.

The 48 month / 50k service is due in May or 4k miles.

I have decided to get a major service done now, air filter/plugs etc changed along with the gearbox / diff oil changed.

As the car has an extended warranty they are also going to give it the once over.

Still 12 months but about 12k miles between services.

Whats happend has happended, from now on I'm sticking to 9k

I get gearbox, engine and diff oil changed every service, it just seems to run so much better with it
