as far as im aware as i am a moderator on other forums that admin should tidy forum and request for them to be kept tidy and on topic,
why does that not happen on this forum?

Stay within the rules and threads don't get locked or removed.
We're not here to look after you like children. Tidying takes time and effort, and no mod is paid to be here, it is their own free time.
