Advice needed
Firstly I know it's probably already been asked, and I've done a quick search but can't really find an answer.
My S is due it's 54k service and I'm also putting complete new brakes on all four corners including calipers. My car will be mostly garaged now until next year, coming out if the weather is nice enough for a blast, and after November will have a SORN as the tax is up.
My question is, would I be better getting the service and breaks done next year now, ready for April/May when I'll get it back on the road or get both done before I park it up for the winter??
I figure next year will be better, especially for the brakes, but just wanted some of your knowledge and opinion on the best option.
Cheers

Just remember to leave the handbrake off over the winter otherwise you'll not be going anywhere in the spring
I'd be inclined to do the opposite though - get it done now so when you get those sunny March/April days you can tax online and go for a drive rather than having to book in an wait (while everyone else in the country is getting their soft-tops back on the road too)

Service now, buy your brake parts, disks calipers and pads and store them warm and dry till spring then you will have fresh brake fluid in and not have left it to gain moisture or for the pots to stick or pads to glue themselves to the disks due to damp or the disks rusting.
