Default AFR

Just ordered an AFR meter from AEM, as i understand it I replace the lambda probe with the wideband sensor then connect one of the wires from the gauge to the loom that used to go to the lamda sensor (this is the signal the EMS requires)
does anybody have a wiring diagram or good suggestions as to do this without cutting the plug off the oem loom?

Is it a complete new sensor with its own cable?

Are you using a standalone AEM EMS?

I think he'll be using the AEM FIC mark as that's in the TTS SC package.

i went with a diff company for my wideband.

It came with a whole loom. I had to unclip the stock sensor add in a resistor for the heating cel that appeared. Then clip a wire into the ecu for the primary o2, and set the controller to have its output as narrow for the stock ecu.

I did post about it. But search is broke.

Ok now i am confused
this is what I thought i was doing
I have the AEM UGO wideband AFR meter with sensor
remove oem sensor and fit new sensor
from the gauge there is an output wire that gives 0 or 5 v this is the signal the narow band sensor usualy sends to the ECU and the ecu needs it for closed loop control am I correct to this point ?

not sure on the heater bibbs so any info you have please send

Leave it as a standalone gauge.
It has the ability to retransmit the wide band signal to an aftermarket ECU when you need it.
Weld an extra bung in for the sensor.
I put one in my cat
