Car has been sat around for a while, have just reconnected the battery but the alarm keeps going off and will not switch off.
the light on the fob comes on when i press the off button but the alarm keeps going off .
What things should i be looking for?

Your battery is going flat or its screwed , charge it and try again.

 

Battery is fully charge. The Alarm does not seem to recognise the fobs.

 

Try starting the car and then let it run for 30 secs. That might fix it.

 

you may need to re learn the fobs to the alarm, depends on what type of alarm you have and if it has an overide code or a reset fob.

 

Either the battery or the bonnet switch? Try prodding the bonnet switch a few times.

 

right i have the standard honda Alarm comes with the two button Fob.
Cant Start the car because of the imobiliser. (the alarm is still going)
I dont have a reset Fob, how do you relearn the fobs to the alarm.
Bonnet Switch ? what for the alarm ?
