My car has been at my local Honda garage for a couple of weeks and on 3 occassions now since i got it back, the alarm has started going off when i press the start button.

When its going off, it wont stop unless i turn the car off and then deactivate the alarm with the unlock button.

Any ideas? Wondered if it was something to do with the fact the battery had obviuously gone flat while it was at the garage as had to input the radio code when i got it back.

Yep usually a sign you need a new battery.
