Default Alignment settings

The Technician @ Southern Counties last week told me that my suspension (aftermarket) could do with softening up to make the rear end 'glue' better.

I'm going to drop it in and let him have a play about but wondered if it was worth getting the alignment done at the same time ?

Anyone know how much this generally is ?

Like all things in life, quality comes at a cost.

A dentist can drill and fill and do a rubbish job and you are none the wiser. The fillings might fall out or you might get a toothache but you have no idea whether you have been diligently attended to or whether you have met a "grocer" aka gross (profit) er.

In my humble opinion it is impossible to set up a car properly to the exacting demands of many S2000 owners for some of the prices quoted above.
