Well after thinking it was just the Aux belt loose I have since discovered that the bottom bolt of the Alternator was missing and the top one had come loose causing the housing to fail.

So, anyone with strange noises at start up which are not TCT related, check your alternator bolts.

 

Yep, had this problem too....bought a whole new alternator. If your belt moves slower or you have electrical problems, check it!
