Another Newbie

More EVO5 pics!
A little hint put an "enter" in after each photo to put them on top of each other. Makes scrolling and viewing easier for the lazy amongst us

Just spotted the 3rd pic is a different car! black window surround!
Just got back from buying the S2k - a 3.5 hour drive through sun (roof down
) wind, and rain (roof up
).
Absolutley perfect, no dents / scratches / chips or a collapsed seat bolsters in site - better than I hoped for.
Drove extremely carefully down the M40 / M25 my first impressions are all positive but then again I'm still on a high from picking her up
Last part of journey was down country lanes I know very well but wet conditions meant I took no chances - still felt well planted.
Apart from the high revvvvvving engine there is little similarity with the ITR, steering feels far more precise - on the minus side I think the ITR got to the 8700 rev area slightly quicker - more responsive - but its early days and I WILL NOT TAKE any chances..... nice dry day please.
Will be checking tyres tomorrow.
