Default Another Problem!

Well i have had my 05 s for just a year now and i am about to have my SECOND roof fitted!!!
I first noticed just behind my right ear a small "scar" appearing on the inside of the material so i went along to Aylesbury Honda and showed the "scar" to the guys there who were very good and without any bother booked me in for a new roof.
A couple of weeks later a new roof was fitted and apparently Honda didnt want the old torn roof back even though i had been told by Aylesbury Honda that they had NEVER seen this befor.
I checked my new roof the other day and noticed that it had again started to wear through exactly where it was going befor, the bar that goes across the across the roof just behind your head seems to be wearing through it ?

Now i have checked by running my hand over the bar looking for any sharp bits and there isnt anything sharp there that could cause this so i went back to Aylesbury Honda and showed them this again, to which they said "another new roof", now when i was speaking to the service guy he said that this time he would be ringing Honda as they would probably want to send one of ther tec's down to see the car and they would be changing the whole roof this time, but he did say that this was the THIRD one that had done this!!

I just thought i would mention this as it is not glaringly obvious as the bar doesnt wear right thorough the roof just the material underneath and seems to miss the waterproof outside coating.

I am waiting to send the car back in for the new roof and have now noticed that the steering wheel has worn really badly through on the top? is it just me or have i just got a duff s??

Sounds like the frame could be fitted wrong? Obviously there must be something up for it to wear through so quickly, never had any problems with mine.

Not sure what you mean about the steering wheel, do you mean the leather? Mine didn't show any wear like that Maybe they scraped it while changing the roof?
