Default Black car + aircon + heat = no too happy

crikey.. with the aircon on (wife in car on way to work hair issues so roof up) and with the scorching heat, the air must be so so thin under the bonnet, espically at the air filter (standard). Its lumpy and doesn't pull at all.

I must be down at least 30-40bhp at the mo.

However, a blast down the M4 (lots of fast air) ment it was ok again off the next line.

Anyone else suffering.

Yes all the time. IMHO the S2000 is an awful car to drive in traffic because of the sensitivity of the intake system to heat.

Still think there is something wrong with your car if its that sensitive. My old one would kangaroo from time to time, but not that often, and the new one seems to not do it at all.

Dip your clutch and give the revs a blast when it happens.. Job done

Also look at the oportunity to get colder air in. Since fitting the spoon filter and the (fake) spoon snorkle 95% of my Roo probs have gone away

Mine seems fine; on the odd occasion have to give it slightly more revs but not often. Midday sun + roof down + back interior = cook, for the first time I
