Boot leak problem

Default Boot leak problem

Would anyone know where is the water come from? I have researched many of discussions about this trunk leakage, I have no idea where is the water come form. Thank you very much for any answering

My guess: As you can see the softtop is "below" the rim or edge of the car at the back. Water stays in that ditch/gulley when there is very heavy rain, and there isn't enough time for it to drain away by the b-pillar. Basically the soft top water protection has worn out. Only remedy known to man is a new top - £ 450 fitted @ Jack Smith in Swansea 01792 461022. He's always fitting soft tops and he's alone there, so he might not pick up the phone, keep trying. He has many very happy customers on here.
