UPDATE TIME!

Struggling to find a place who is willing to map the car properly :/
The ECU I'm getting will come with a map on it suitable for a charged ls3 ... not exactly what I have but it's close enough to be used for a start up.
I hope.
Rang Corten Miller who are about just over an hour away from me but they said they have no experience in doing this swap ....... I'm not surprised because it's the 2nd V8S2 in the UK and the only supercharged V8S2 in the world .... that I know of.

Long story short he said they couldn't do it cost effectively (despite having a charged ls3 map to go from) and therefore he wouldn't do it

Anyone aware of any tuners capable and willing to take this on? The closer to Grimsby the better, my car courier charges £1 a mile haha!
The more phone numbers the better! Cheers!

April 12th and 13th will see the biggest update yet, got a big list of little jobs to get through and a couple of big jobs too. A friend Has kindly let me borrow his garage and his services for the only weekend in April I have off. 2 days of 8am-midnight. Killer.
Should have the car ready apart from 50% of the fuel system and then wiring(along with tuning).

24th April will see the Ecu and bits ordered, couple of days wait for those bits to turn up then it's in the Auto electrician's for 2-3 weeks then to the tuner(when I find one)

Current completion estimation is end of May to mid June*

have you looked for a local garage who specialise in kit cars etc?
have you tried Roids on here? hes pretty good apparently on S2ks...
no use for you but I know a very good bespoke tuner in Fareham ( south coast ).

problem you have is your unfortunately going to have to pay a fair whack for a decent and safe tune for such a car.

What management are you using Carl?
Milners Off Road drop a lot of LS units into their safari cars, so their mapper has a fair bit of experience of LS motors in weird installs, unfortunately they're based in Chesterfield. PM me if you want more details/have a chat as I do know a few closer places that might be suitable depending on the management you're running.

Omex 710 series is the one I've decided to go with.
http://omextechnology.co.uk/page8.html

They do a 710 ecu to Ls3 harness.
The Ls3 harness isn't too dissimilar to the Ls2 harness (of which I have anyway so any bits/plugs I need can be pinched)

I'll make a few calls today, thanks for the pointers guys!

I'm interested in this Etune service he has to offer.

Back to what I know!
The top half of the supercharger coolant tank has arrived! Got a stainless bsp socket on it's way so I can weld it on the bottom to extend it and then cap it off on the bottom.
Weld on an in feed and an out feed.
Jobs a good'un!

Could do with an appropriately sized electric water pump for the system with ~19mm inlet and outlet on it. Anyone own a water pump business? Haha
