The sump now has a new flange and is lovely and straight unlike the previous attempt.
I put this down to tacking it down to the bench and the new tig torch we have, just feels smoother for some reason.
Fuse box and throttle cable brackets next!

Load of little bits done ready to chuck onto the car today, knackered, not enough hours in the day.
Plan is:
Go home from night shift
Sleep till dinner
Quickly clean house ready for mum coming home
Fit engine mounts
Fuse box mount
Throttle cable bracket
Mock up remote oil filter location and make a cardboard template for the bracket for it, probably mount it off the strut top studs.
Prep oil filter lines and mock them up ready for Friday's sump swap.
Maybe look at tidying up the bonnet cut out.

Tonight's jobs:
Make battery mount/tie down. Machine terminals to fit onto the battery.
There's probably more but I'm running on empty and my mind is blank.

Promise I'll take loads of pictures today! Maybe.

Terminal block location

Fuse box "relocation"
Ok I admit it, it's not moved much but it has rotated and tucked in a little away from the exhaust manifold.

Revised throttle cable+bracket+cam set up

Black engine mounts in. I love them but with all the bits put back over over them you really do have to look for them. Replaced the bolts with stainless ones.
TPS is also wired in.

Good work, but im not a fan of your terminal block location... You really need to have a weather cover over it as water will get in there....

Also thats one hell of a rats nest behind the fuse box, is that being neatened?
