Brake fade is often the pad material getting so hot that it starts to break down and give off gasses. These gasses cause a layer of air to get between the pad and disk (like a hovercraft). Its this that makes the pedal have no effect.


Disks = Brakes international with OEM honda pads is a nice combo and very cheap. For the track the same disks work well with EBC yellows in my experience (Castrol SRF fluid)
