Default Broken it already!

Only had it 5 weeks and it' has failed me already. Started with very noticeable loss of power followed by kangarooing/lurching. Felt like fuel blockage, cleared eventually but engine management light remained on. Thought it must be that map sensor thingy talked about on here. Took it back to the dealer and they have ordered a new throttle regulator unit so no fun this weekend as it doesn't get fitted until monday

Was it extremely violent, and after a warm engine start?

It was a warm start and violent too.

This is what happened to mine - only took 2 years to be fully resolved........

initially thought to be corrosion on wiring loom which confused ECU (bits replaced 3-4 times, car off the road for 3-4 weeks in total), eventually traced to corrosion on connectors in ECU itself - new ECU, at cost of
