Where did you get your dash mount from, and how much was it? And is it suitable for track day use?
It is a Motrax 'bike' mount but it can be fixed onto your dash with a bit of sticky velcro.

Cheers StevenM. I'll check the intersurf for details.

I've found a few more recommendations on www.driftworks.co.uk about what mounts to use. Very useful.

Any recommendations Euan? Ideally I'm looking for a dash mount to use on a track day.
I only bought a bullet cam kit so can't recommend anything in particular regards dash mounting unfortunately. If you have a reasonably small camcorder though, most of the screen mounts look like they'll do the job.

The owner who seems to answer your emails I have found to be very helpful.

Cheers Euan.

As of yet I don't have a video camera as I'm hoping to borrow one from a friend, so I've no idea how big it is. As and when I find out the size I might ask for their recommendation on which mount to go for.

PJL - Thanks for sharing that fantastic video from Cadwell. Looks like real fun, I so can't wait until to get on track
