Remove seats - Four bolts each, take car of wiring under driver's seat
Remove gear knob
Removed centre console - Lifts up
Remove vented panels behind seats - two screws behind the hooks
Remove sill plate cover - Lifts up
Remove side panels - One screw each side, near the bottom
Remove radio door surround - Open radio door, pull on radio door towards rear of car fairly hard
Remove tri-oval trim panels that live by drivers left knee and passengers right knee - One screw in each
Remove panels be driver's right foot and passenger's left foot - Pull these off, noting popper where the A frame starts

I think that's about it. Some tucking in of the carpet under the glovebox will be required.

straight forward job, just takes time.

i had to remove the drivers side carpet due to major leak :S

biggest note of caution is the seatbelt pre-tensioner wiring under drivers seat; ensure it's disconnected before yanking the seat out

i'd be interested in the front center console area; it runs all the way to the front bulkhead, maybe it's split so can be pealed away, but if it's one peice, good luck!

I cheated and cut it off but left enough to tuck under the stereo...you can't see it anyway unless your head is right under the dash.
