Hopefully, yes. The more cash you can show the guy the better - just be wary you don't get 'jacked' if you're walking about with that much cash on you.
Obviously don't tell him that you're carrying any dough at the earliest stage otherwise he will know how hard to push you on the price.
The most important thing is to pull the sales guy to one side as soon as you walk in and say "listen mate, I'm not here to mess about. I'm here to buy a car and I'm in a position to buy one today, providing me and you can come to a deal".
This will put the pressure on the sales guy to come up with the goods. Make sure you don't appear too eager for the car - make it clear that you have other cars to see and you have seen other M3s for sale for
